Like the introduction or preface in any book, The Preamble is part of the US Constitution; and, lists six Purposes for which it was ordained and established.

Any Legislation, Executive Order, or Bureaucratic Rule that fails to comply with any of the six Purposes, shall be null and void, as stated in one of the first and most significant decisions of the Supreme Court:
The following, is my proposal for a Constitutional Amendment, to return our Government’s authority to “We The People”; and rid our citizens from control of the bureaucrats, by the lobbyists, and for the political or corporate special interests.
